BARFstudios is a multidisciplinary creative studio based around the ideological imperative  to reexamine, and thoroughly Reimagine Humanity.

BARF (an acronym for a Better or Alternative Reality and Future) embodies our playful refusal to accept the apocalyptic narratives set before us in modern life as merely “the way things are.”

We work across spectrums and disciplines of design, architecture, art, food, philosophy, social theory, research and experimentation to reshape and reform the stories we tell ourselves or believe possible. Our work aims to dissolve the boundary between critique and creation, speculation and practice, inner transformation and meaningful outer change. To wage war on the spiritually impoverished visions of our lives and the future meted out by the substandard storylines we so often find ourselves caught beliving innevitable.
